Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.00

  • Economy Shipping (2–3 business days): $8.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
